As you engage in this pursuit, remember that Paul’s encouragement also serves as a reminder of the seriousness of our choices. He weeps for those who live as enemies of the cross, focusing solely on earthly things. Let us be vigilant against such distractions as we aim for the heavenly prize promised by our Savior.
